Job summary

DR WEN CLINIC SDN BHD is seeking a Patient Concierge to greet patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments using our clinic system. The role includes assisting doctors during consultations and simple procedures, and supporting dispensary tasks to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The candidate should be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese with strong English and Malay skills, and enjoy a cheerful, proactive, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must for communicating with the local Chinese-speaking community.
• Proficiency in English and Malay is also required.
• Personality: cheerful, proactive and patient-focused to deliver great service.
• Education/Experience: Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders; fresh graduates or candidates from Retail/F&B encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage registrations, and handle appointment scheduling efficiently using our clinic system.
• Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and safe.
• Dispensary Management: Pack and label medications accurately and explain dosage/usage to patients.
• Administrative Care: Maintain patient records, process payments, and keep the clinic environment tidy and welcoming.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure smooth operations and a positive visitor experience.
