Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first point of contact for families pursuing ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage scheduling, and support communications with families, referral sources, and partners.

You will work with the Operations Manager to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and center marketing while maintaining accurate records and upholding ABC's core values.

Qualifikationen

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills.

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
