Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate for our Texas center. You will manage admissions, answer inquiries, and coordinate with Operations and Clinical Directors to ensure families feel supported from the first call to day one of therapy.

You’ll handle scheduling, data entry, and documentation while upholding ABC’s values and compliance standards. The role offers a strong bonus program and growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• At least one year of administrative, customer service, or client relations experience (preferred).
• Experience in an ABA or healthcare setting; familiarity with autistic children (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (document management, scheduling, data entry).
• Serve as first contact for prospective and current families via calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand services ABC offers and how we support their child.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and cross-department communication.
• Model ABC's Core Values and foster a positive culture.
