Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to existing HSBC customers to cross-sell cards, personal financing, CASA, and Premier products.
• Achieve daily KPIs and meet monthly performance expectations.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities through needs-based selling and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Team Managers to plan and optimize sales activities in line with business priorities.
• Provide professional, customer-centric sales interactions and accurate product information.
