Job summary

RHB Group is hiring a Sales professional in Malaysia to solicit and promote ASB products, achieve personal targets and support Bank-wide goals.

You will prepare proactive sales plans, set appointments, visit customers, and cross-sell PF, PF-i and credit cards while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales and customer service, holds licenses for the portfolio, and shows motivation, resilience, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Have relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Strong selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage customers and take responsibility for delivering results.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote ASB products and achieve individual sales targets.
• Provide high standard of customer experience in line with bank quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and protect the bank's image.
• Maintain a well-kept sales centre in line with quality standards.
• Cross-sell retail banking products (PF, PF-i, credit cards).
• Set appointments and make sales calls with prospective customers.
