Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to cross-sell cards, personal financing, CASA, and Premier.
• Achieve daily KPIs and meet monthly performance expectations.
• Engage customers with needs-based selling and accurate disclosures.
• Maintain records in contact centre systems and ensure data protection.
