MiCare Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Client Servicing Executive (Account Management) to provide frontline support for claims, plan benefits, and related inquiries. You will manage communications and document routing to ensure smooth client experiences.
The role requires a diploma, 3+ years of relevant insurance experience, strong English communication skills, and willingness to travel. Based in Shah Alam with 4 openings and a competitive bonus structure.
We are looking for Client Servicing Executive which is also known as Account Management Executive in our company.

Provide timely and efficient support by addressing inquiries related to claims, plan benefits, and other matters.
Manage inbound and outbound mail, phone calls, and document routing/filing processes.
Continuously support the Client Servicing Manager in achieving company strategies and targets.
Prepare renewal documents, presentation materials, and tender requirements based on client needs during visits.
Consult and update the Schedule of Benefits (SOB) according to policy entitlements during customer visits.
Collaborate with the Client Servicing team on the interpretation and configuration of the SOB.
Conduct testing on SOB configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with a background in medical insurance or insurance brokerage are preferred.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
Computer literate, with a good command of essential software.
Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with individuals across all management levels.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
