Job summary

MiCare Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Client Servicing Executive (Account Management) to provide frontline support for claims, plan benefits, and related inquiries. You will manage communications and document routing to ensure smooth client experiences.

The role requires a diploma, 3+ years of relevant insurance experience, strong English communication skills, and willingness to travel. Based in Shah Alam with 4 openings and a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; insurance background preferred.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Computer literate with good command of essential software.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours.
• Based in Shah Alam (4 positions).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient support by addressing inquiries related to claims, plan benefits, and other matters.
• Manage inbound and outbound mail, phone calls, and document routing/filing processes.
• Support the Client Servicing Manager in achieving company strategies and targets.
• Prepare renewal documents, presentation materials, and tender requirements based on client needs during visits.
• Consult and update the Schedule of Benefits (SOB) according to policy entitlements during customer visits.
• Collaborate with the Client Servicing team on SOB interpretation and configuration.
• Conduct testing on SOB configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
