Job summary

Nova Fusion Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Services Executive to bridge client needs with our creative design and interactive hub. You will manage accounts, nurture relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver engaging corporate reports.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in mass communications or related fields, possess excellent writing and communication skills, and are energetic, self-driven and able to travel if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields as listed in the requirements.
• Strong writing and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in sustainability or governance consultancy would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English is a MUST; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships to ensure contracts.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across projects.
• Develop and maintain understanding of company products and services.
• Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings.

Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with existing clients to ensure continuing contracts;

Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Develop and maintain understanding of company products and services

Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings.

Manage and prepare creative briefs

Requirements

• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/ Media, Finance, Accounts Or Economics
• Should be highly self-motivated and self-driven, energetic, aggressive, innovative and have a positive and great working attitude;
• Highly committed and results-oriented person and able to work under pressure;
• Candidate should have good communication and writing skills and be a solutions-oriented person. Experience in sustainability and corporate governance consultancy would be highly advantageous. Fluency in English is a MUST whilst those with knowledge of other languages will be preferred;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel regularly; and
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
