Job summary

Aberdeen Investments, part of Aberdeen Group plc, is seeking a Reporting Administrator to ensure timely and accurate client reporting. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and the Client Reporting Manager, developing solutions that meet client requirements and deliver on tight deadlines.

You will contribute to reporting workflows, maintain quality, and support process improvements while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with 1-3 years relevant experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders as the first escalation point for reporting issues.
• Deliver timely updates to the Client Reporting Manager on performance and client needs.
• Analyse client requirements and develop reporting solutions.
• Organise and deliver client reports to agreed schedules with accuracy.
• Oversee report workflows using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Coordinate changes to reporting procedures and recipients while maintaining compliance.
• Complete bespoke reporting tasks and input data for client reports.
