Qualifications

• Client-facing experience required.
• Financial services experience preferred, especially securities finance.
• Knowledge of transaction reporting is desirable.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are preferred.
• Understanding of SQL and API.
• Knowledge of other vendor systems is useful.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests efficiently and in a timely manner through resolution.
• Help clients understand how the solution works and resolve reporting issues.
• Participate in client training and site visits.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Assist in validation or UAT for issue resolution.
• Work on client-specific projects.
• Communicate with clients and answer regulatory queries.
• Resolve daily reporting issues.
• Manage client workflows and transaction reporting needs.
