Job summary

Asia Manpower & People Resources Organisation is seeking a qualified engineer-professional to service and promote company products to consultants and distributors in Malaysia. The role requires reading construction drawings, strong communication, and willingness to travel across regions.

Fluency in English and Malay is mandatory, with Mandarin considered an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients. Travel readiness and presentation skills are essential for market development and project tenders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings (schematic drawing, 2D drawing).
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Malay is mandatory. Also, able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage as require to handle with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• To attend, service, and promote company products to consultants and distributors.
• Maintain good relationship by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate strategy to meet their needs.
• Responsible in the preparation of proposals, provide solutions, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Conduct product briefing and organize presentation / workshop to clients.
• Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.
• Identify and gather new business opportunities / potential leads and expand dealer network.
• Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements.

• Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings (schematic drawing, 2D drawing).
