Job summary

Owner Auction (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused support executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, understand our services, and learn our product details. You will track and follow up with prospects and help convert them into new sales.

The role requires at least a Diploma and 1 year in customer service or telecom, with strong English and Malay, and good data entry skills. Mandarin is a plus. A hardworking attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma required or higher preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Telecommunications preferred.
• Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work.
• Proficient in data entry and computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming and outgoing calls.
• Develop strong understanding of our business to introduce our services.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings.
• Track and follow-up with potential customers, and convert to new sales.
• Identify and research potential clients.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
