Job summary

Ambuzz Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service Cum Sales Executive on a 6-month contract basis in Malaysia. You will handle customer inquiries, support sales activities, and represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and activations.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communication with 1–2 years of relevant experience. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is essential; Mandarin is a bonus. Weekend work and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of customer service, retail, sales, or event experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when scheduled for events or exhibitions.
• Able to travel for roadshows, events, and promotional activations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, promotions, and general company information.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending inquiries or issues.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and purchasing decisions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Support daily sales activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and promotions.
