Enfrasys Group in Putrajaya is seeking an IT Support Engineer to work with the team to promptly resolve client issues. You will attend in-person client meetings, maintain a troubleshooting knowledge base, perform daily health checks, and suggest efficiency improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft technologies, willingness to work late hours, and the ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or software engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies or related skills.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills and openness to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Work with team members to promptly handle and resolve issues.
• Attend in-person client meetings to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records.
• Perform daily system health checks, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings.
• Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery.
• Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
• Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.
