Job summary

Enfrasys is seeking a IT Support/Solution Delivery professional to work closely with the team to promptly resolve issues and attend in-person client meetings to investigate and troubleshoot reported problems. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records and perform daily system health checks.

The role requires presenting on preventive maintenance findings during monthly client meetings, assisting with technical inquiries, and delivering project solutions tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegree in computer science, information technology & software engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issues.
• Attend in-person client meetings to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records.
• Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings.
• Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery.
• Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
• Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.
