Job summary

Ultranet Technologies Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking an Intern for Customer Experience & Engagement to learn how to communicate with clients, coordinate updates and support ongoing engagements.

You'll assist in arranging meetings, prepare materials, and document key discussions while coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client requests. This internship offers exposure to digital marketing environments across Malaysia and beyond, with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications or other related courses.
• Confident in communicating with people, expressing ideas and engaging in conversations.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers. Good command in English is an added advantage.
• Organised, responsible and able to follow up on tasks independently.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and work with different people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist in arranging client meetings, preparing meeting materials and documenting key discussion points.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on client requests, project updates and deliverables.
• Support client relationship management and maintain professional communication throughout ongoing engagements.
• Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
