Job summary

Capvision Malaysia is seeking an intern to assist in recruiting industry experts for our advisor network, negotiating rates, and managing communications. The role involves engagement with KOLs, C-level executives, and niche experts across international markets.

You will gain hands-on exposure to a fast-growing Southeast Asian industry, developing recruitment and communication skills while learning about global market trends and interacting with senior decision-makers across diverse sectors.

The intern will support the team in the following areas:

About the Role

As an intern, the candidate will gain first-hand exposure to a fast-growing industry in the Southeast Asia region. They will develop recruitment and communication skills while learning about global market trends and interacting with a wide range of industries and senior decision-makers that they may not otherwise have exposure to early in their career.

This internship will also serve as a potential pipeline for future full-time talent, subject to performance and business needs.

• Headcount: 1 intern
• Start Date: Oct
• Duration: 3–6 months (flexible, depending on the intern’s academic requirements), preferably last semester or final year student
• Allowance: RM1,000 per month
• Commission: Not applicable
• Conversion Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a permanent role upon completion of the internship
