Job summary

Fendi Singapore Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting for a luxury retail associate. You will engage in upselling, cross selling, and maintaining high service standards across all product categories, while monitoring sales against KPIs.

You will strengthen customer relations, operate POS and inventory systems, and maintain store visuals and housekeeping. Chinese/Malay language skills are a plus, and flexible retail hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry.
• Good grooming standard.
• Strong selling skills are necessary.
• Bilingual; ability to speak third language is an added advantage.
• Willing to commit retail hours and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Upsell, cross-sell and multilple selling across all product categories.
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI.
• Provide customer feedback on products, including newly launched products.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyal FENDI customer base with CRM tools.
• Operate POS and Inventory Management system including stock transfers, payments, stock inquiry and customer data input.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper display per company guidelines; assist backroom as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and daily housekeeping; ensure visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Provide meaningful suggestions to improve internal processes and workflows.

Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer

Store Operations

Be able to correctly operate the POS and Inventory Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input

Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management

Store Management

Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines (if shop without a backroom stock assistance)

Store Maintenance

Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties

Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines

Others

Provide meaninful suggestions on improvement of internal processes and workflow

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry
• Good grooming standard
• Strong selling skills are necessary
• Bilingual with the ability to speak third language an added advantage
• Passionate in high-end luxury goods and willing to commit the retail hours
• Knowledge in operating retail management system
• Able to manage and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Able to work effectively and responsibly to deliver upon results required by management, while under pressure
• Team player; able to work collaboratively with others
