Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in Johor Bahru is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to drive sales across all product categories. You will upsell, cross-sell and deliver a premium shopping experience.

The role involves monitoring sales against KPIs, managing store operations including POS and inventory systems, maintaining visual standards, and working as a team to meet store goals. Candidates should have at least 2 years in fashion/luxury retail, strong grooming, and willingness to work retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury.
• Good grooming standard.
• Strong selling skills are necessary.
• Bilingual with the ability to speak third language an added advantage.
• Passionate in high-end luxury goods and willing to commit the retail hours.
• Knowledge in operating retail management system.
• Able to manage and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Able to work effectively and responsibly to deliver upon results required by management, while under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-selling for all product categories.
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
• Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools.
• Operate the POS and Inventory Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input.
• Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Provide meaningful suggestions on improvement of internal processes and workflow.
