Responsibilities
- Administer vendor agreements in line with established contracts.
- Track and report metrics to ensure performance against SLAs.
- Support vendor performance reviews with defined vendors.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate redundancies and leakage in Claims operations.
- Monitor vendor spending and maintain cost-effective partnerships.
- Respond to internal inquiries with accurate, professional resolution.
