• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and escalations for outsourced services.
• Resolve issues through structured analysis and coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor and internal teams for operational and system changes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance and improvements.
