• Minimum 5 to 10 years working experience in the Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and digital projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT/stakeholders.
• Prepare system/business requirement and business process review.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform data analysis and presentation to support business decision.
