Job summary

Zurich in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Third-Party Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to manage and resolve bodily injury claims, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.

You will investigate, negotiate settlements, and contribute to continual improvement of claims handling processes while working with stakeholders and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Insurance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling third-party bodily injury claims, preferably in an insurance or legal environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Third-Party Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving third-party bodily injury claims with a focus on delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Investigate, evaluate, and settle third-party bodily injury claims in a timely and efficient manner. This includes gathering relevant information and analyzing medical reports and other documentation.
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively. Ensure that settlement offers are fair, within company guidelines, and legally sound.
• Compliance: Ensure that all claims processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting bodily injury claims.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and contribute to the development of best practices in claims management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Insurance, or a related field.
