Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking a Claims Process / Assessment role to accurately process and assess authorized claims within SLA. The role involves reviewing cases, documenting assessments, and ensuring quality and timely processing.

Fresh graduates with science or health backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be fluent in English and Chinese, read and type in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in the medical industry or insurance claims is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess all claims transactions in line with company guidelines and SLA.
• Review and approve cases within the claims authority granted.
• Document claims assessments with transparency and clarity.
• Guide new joiners on processing rules and product knowledge.
• Maintain quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmarks.
• Support team with other responsibilities to meet business needs.
