Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau in Malaysia's Cyberjaya region is seeking motivated individuals to join our claims processing team. You will assess and process various claims types with accuracy and in line with our SLA guidelines, while building knowledge of our products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).
• Fresh graduates with biology, chemistry, nursing, pharmacy, biotechnology, medical science, health science or food science backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Experience in medical industry, laboratory environment, or insurance claims processing is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process/assess authorized claims transactions accurately and within required SLA.
• Review and approve cases within authority; document assessments clearly.
• Assist guide new joiners on claims processing rules and product knowledge.
• Participate in departmental activities and other tasks to meet business requirements.
