Job summary

Element Materials Technology Ltd. is seeking a Civil Material Technician in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, to perform soil, concrete, rebar and aggregate testing, conduct density and slump tests, and sample concrete for compression and flexural testing.

The role includes preparing and compiling detailed test reports and may involve asphalt testing where feasible. Candidates should have a Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with around two years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in Civils with at least 2 year experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams and to work under pressure.

Element has an opportunity for a Civil Material Technician for testing, sample preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.
