Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct number of cubes to make for different batches of concrete supplied.
• Fill cube mould with concrete in three layers with proper compaction.
• Cast cube based on the standard method.
• Mark cube prepare with reference numbers and dates.
• Place demoulded cube in water tank for curing.
• Carry out slump test on each batch of concrete supplies.
• Carry out the compression test on the concrete cube at the specified date.
• Remove all the crushed cubes and aggregates from the laboratory after testing.
• Record and compile test results for submission.
• Carry out material testing.
• Inspect the quality of materials.
• Carry out safety and housekeeping compliance in the work area.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
