Element Materials Technology Ltd. in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a Civil Material Technician to perform soil, concrete, rebar and aggregate testing, sample preparation and timely delivery of samples.

You will prepare and compile test reports, conduct density and slump tests, and may participate in asphalt testing. Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in Civils with at least 2 year experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams and to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Civil Material Technician for testing, sample preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.
