Job summary

Lumut Maritime Terminal seeks a Project Civil Engineer to support the RGT-3 Project, Jetty Lead responsibilities, and manage civil and structural scope from planning through project closure. You will coordinate resources, communications, and progress to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Requirements include a Civil/Marine Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience, strong CAD skills, regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering with minimum five (5) years' experience.
Proven expertise in managing end-to-end property development processes.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements set by relevant authorities.
Independent, resourceful, and innovative with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates the civil and structural aspects within a project ensuring proper design, installation, and maintenance.
Develops detailed civil and structural designs using CAD drawings and layouts.
Oversees scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with contractors to optimize plans.
Liaises with consultants, contractors, and authorities to meet design compliance and delivery goals.
Ensures on-site CS works meet specifications and safety regulations.
Prepares documentation of designs, calculations, and progress.
Collaborates with project managers and other engineers for integrated delivery.
Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
