Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 1–3 years post-graduation experience in civil and structural design.
• Familiar with Building Codes and Malaysia regulations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of BIM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for projects.
• Develop detailed structural designs and drawings with industry tools.
• Prepare engineering reports and calculations for proposals.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulators for compliance.
• Provide on-site engineering support during construction.
• Review materials and methodologies to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with architects, QS, and PMs in project teams.
• Identify and mitigate structural risks throughout the project.
• Maintain project documentation and codes compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design and construction.
