Cham and Loh Engineering Consultant Sdn Bhd, a Civil & Structural consulting firm based in Seremban, seeks a proactive engineer to design and analyse civil/structural plans, conduct site inspections, and mentor junior staff. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, preparing technical reports, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The candidate should hold a Civil/Structural engineering degree and have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience, with proficiency in

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience in a similar role
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000 and ETABS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients & contractors
• Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets

We are a Civil & Structural Consulting Firm based at Seremban, N.Sembilan. Due to expanding, we are currently looking for candidate who posses dynamics, pro active, self independent and highly motivated to join our team.

What you'll be doing

Designing and analysing civil and structural engineering plans and drawings for a variety of projects

Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions

Preparing detailed technical reports and presentations

Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience in a similar role
