The role requires a minimum of 5 years in civil/structural construction management, with strong scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and a solid grasp of Malaysian safety standards and building regulations. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction management (civil/structural).
• Proven track record managing projects RM2 million+.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety standards and building regulations.
• Proficient in CM software and MS Office; strong scheduling skills.
• CIDB registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee civil and structural construction activities.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports for top management and clients.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and costs.
