Qualifications

Civil Engineer or Civil Project Engineer

Prepare and update project-related drawings, including workshop drawings, As-Built drawings, and installation drawings.

Perform site measurements, setting out, and dimension verification to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate drawing revisions and updates with both design teams and clients.

2. Procurement & Material Coordination

Identify and source qualified civil subcontractors and high-quality materials.

Request and compare quotations from approved suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency.

Track material orders, manage delivery schedules, and conduct quality checks upon arrival.

Prepare material specifications and handle sample submissions for approval.

3. Site Execution & Project Management

Manage the project lifecycle from start to end, ensuring all phases meet milestones.

Supervise site progress, workmanship, and finishing quality.

Maintain strict standards for site housekeeping and safety.

Liaise with subcontractors and clients to resolve site-level issues promptly.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and compile essential project documentation, testing reports, and checklists.

Liaise with local authorities and relevant agencies for permit and license applications.

Maintain a detailed record of supplier submissions and project approvals.

Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Hands-on project experience is a significant advantage with 2 to 5 years of experience.
