Job summary

International Islamic University Malaysia seeks a Civil Engineer to lead planning, design and supervision of university civil works at the Kuantan campus. You will manage project briefs, drawings, cost estimates and liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, BE with appropriate registration and at least five years of relevant experience, strong supervision skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered as Graduate Engineer with BEM.
• At least five years' experience in architectural field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project briefs, define objectives, scope and requirements.
• Prepare designs drawings, specifications and cost estimates for civil scopes.
• Review designs, materials and construction methods.
• Support tender processes and participate in technical evaluation.
• Conduct site visits and brief quotations and tenders.
