Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a government-recognised institution.
Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, coordinate and monitor civil engineering projects.
Conduct site visits and briefing forQuotation/tender processes and participate in technical evaluation.
Prepare designs, drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
Review designs, specifications, materials and construction methods.
Prepare technical requirements and support tender/quotation processes.
Liaise with end-users, contractors, consultants and local authorities.
Monitor progress, quality, cost, and timelines; ensure safety and compliance.
