Job summary

RONGSHENG FOOD SDN BHD in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, invites applications for a City Regional Manager role. The successful candidate will supervise Area Manager (Johor) and outlet managers, oversee staff scheduling, stock control, daily operations, reporting and training, while ensuring adherence to food safety, health regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership to maintain service standards, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance, with a focus on cost control

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising managers and ensuring quality, service, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise area manager or outlet managers and teams to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, stock control, daily operations, reporting, and training.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain average salary of all outlet supervision not exceeding 25% of the turnover.
• Ensure no major food safety issues occur in the outlet supervision during probationary period.
• Ensure QSC inspections on the stores meet required standards during probationary period.
• Ensure no abnormal problems occur in cash management during probationary period.
• Maintain overall performance to consistently reflect a positive upward trend.
