Job summary

AllwaysFirst in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a senior Circuit Design Manager to lead a skilled team in high-speed interfaces and mixed-signal circuit design. Relocation to Penang is welcome for qualified candidates.

The role involves coordinating across design, layout, RTL, verification, physical design and SIPI/Package, driving schedules and ensuring end-to-end delivery. Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Circuit Design and/or Engineering Management.
• Degree / Master’s / PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on circuit design using FinFET technology and EDA tools.
• Experience managing highly skilled engineering teams with dynamic timelines.
• Experience with serial and/or parallel interfaces.
• Understanding of Layout, Physical Design and RTL processes and milestones.
• Strong teamwork, mentoring, planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
