The Group Human Resource Officer(GHRO) is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated, forward-looking people strategy aligned with business priorities. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives across talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
