Job summary

HETRONIKS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service Department in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. The role focuses on efficient service delivery, resource planning, and continuous improvement within a technical chiller environment.

The ideal candidate will drive planning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet business goals. Strong leadership and hands-on chiller experience are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in chiller service operations.
Strong knowledge of chiller technical service processes.
Proven chiller hands-on experience is a plus.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service department to ensure timely response to inquiries and service requests.
Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with customer expectations and SOPs.
Provide hands-on support to service as needed.
Monitor service KPIs and implement corrective actions.
