Provide dedicated care, academic guidance, and language support for 7 and 8-year-old children during after-school hours, incorporating the Malaysian KSSR (Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah) syllabus. Balance homework supervision with structured lessons to reinforce classroom learning and strengthen proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English.
KSSR-Aligned Homework Supervision: Guide students through daily school assignments and revision based closely on the Ministry of Education's KSSR framework, ensuring accuracy and conceptual understanding.
Bilingual Language Instruction (BM & English): Deliver targeted practice in vocabulary, spelling, grammar, reading comprehension, and conversational skills using KSSR-approved guidelines and textbooks.
Routine & Afternoon Management: Oversee after-school transitions, snack times, rest periods, and recreational activities in a safe, structured environment.
Academic Tracking & Parent Updates: Monitor student progress against primary school benchmarks, identifying learning gaps and updating parents regularly on homework completion and language development.
Positive Behavior Support: Encourage focus, discipline, and respectful peer interactions through constructive classroom management techniques.
