• Proven experience working as a preschool or kindergarten teacher.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with young children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, covering literacy, numeracy, science, and arts.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and secure learning environment that encourages curiosity and positive behavior.
• Child Development Assessment: Observe and evaluate students' progress, keeping detailed records of developmental milestones and addressing individual learning needs.
• Parent Communication: Build trusting relationships with parents and guardians through daily updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Safety and Care: Ensure the health and safety of all children during class hours, outdoor play, and field trips, adhering strictly to school policies and first-aid protocols.
