Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for Chief Integrity & Governance Officer. The role spearheads the Integrity Governance Department, overseeing integrity training, complaint management, and preliminary investigations to strengthen the organisation's integrity culture.

You will supervise policy drafting, coordinate investigations, and report to the Whistleblower Committee and Audit & Risk Committee.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of experience, preferably in anti-corruption enforcement.
• High level of integrity and ethics with strong investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate development, delivery and maintenance of high integrity standards.
• Act as an independent party on integrity matters and disclosures.
• Manage formal and informal complaints and conduct preliminary investigations into misconduct.
