Private Advertiser is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to drive overall operations, property development activities, and business growth in Malaysia. You will oversee project planning, regulatory approvals, design, construction, sales, marketing, cost control, and timely delivery.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams and accountability for financial performance, project timelines and stakeholder relations to ensure sustained success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years of property development experience, with 5–8+ years in a senior management role.
• Demonstrated track record of managing the full property development lifecycle in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations and strategy execution.
• Lead property development oversight and project delivery.
• Oversee sales and marketing activities for developments.
• Supervise construction, cost control and handover processes.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cash flow.

The CEO is ultimately accountable for the company's financial performance, project timelines, sales results, cost efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated track record of managing the full property development lifecycle in Malaysia, including project planning, statutory approvals, design, construction, sales and marketing, cost control, and project handover.
