Develop and execute the Group’s marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, growth priorities, target markets, and commercial goals across multiple countries and business entities.
Conduct market and customer research across relevant markets to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, emerging opportunities, and potential new market segments.
Lead brand strategy, ensuring strong brand awareness, market presence, value proposition, and consistency across countries, business units, and customer touchpoints.
Drive digital and performance marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, email, websites, content, and other relevant digital channels, with appropriate adaptation for different markets.
Develop and oversee Group-wide content and communications, ensuring marketing materials are high-quality, relevant, engaging, and consistent while allowing for appropriate localization based on country and market requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and manage integrated marketing campaigns and events across multiple countries, including product launches, exhibitions, activations, customer engagement initiatives, and other brand-building activities.
Drive lead generation and commercial marketing initiatives by working closely with Sales and country teams to generate quality leads, support customer acquisition, improve conversion, and contribute to revenue growth across markets.
Build and manage strategic partnerships and external relationships with media, influencers, industry partners, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and expand market reach across countries.
Establish marketing KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting across the Group, monitor campaign and funnel performance, measure ROI, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets and resources across countries and business units, ensuring effective allocation of spending, cost efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and maximum return on marketing investment.
Lead, develop, and coordinate the marketing team and country-level marketing resources by setting clear objectives and KPIs, providing coaching and development, and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture.
Drive cross-country and cross-functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement by partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and other functions, while ensuring brand standards, marketing governance, compliance, and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices across the Jemco Group.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, content marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors.
Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to drive marketing decisions.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and senior management.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth and revenue.
Experience in B2B, B2C, technology, robotics, AI, engineering, or other relevant industries would be an advantage, depending on the organisation’s business model.
