Job summary

Ultimate Manufacturing Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Process Specialist to oversee special process lines (Alodine, bead blasting, E-polish, anodizing, etc.) and work with machining production to ensure high quality outputs.

You will lead a team for equipment setup, plating operations, and documentation, troubleshoot issues, and apply 5S practices. Diploma or Degree required; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
• Working experience is an advantage.
• Candidates without papers but with relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special process lines and coordinate with machining production to deliver quality finished products.
• Manage staff for equipment setup, plating/special processes, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product, and manufacturing issues.
• Perform sophisticated chemistry lab techniques and operate essential lab instruments.
• Handle hazardous materials and practice 5S concepts.
