Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Chemist / Physicist / Science discipline professional for Subang Jaya. A Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Science, or related field is required, with 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates may be considered.

You will assist in project administration, coordinate sales, prepare quotations and reports, and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Science, or any relevant science discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project administration and coordination.
• Handle sales coordination and follow up on project-related matters.
• Prepare quotations, documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist the sales and project teams in managing daily operations.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Training will be provided
