Job summary

CCIC Group in Kuantan, Pahang is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform routine analyses and maintain safety and quality in the lab.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field, own transportation, and willingness to participate in method validation and supplier liaison. Prior lab experience and IKM membership are advantageous; join us to contribute to precise analytical work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Based at Kuantan, Pahang, with own transportation.
• Preferably 1–2 years of laboratory working experience.
• Membership with Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM) is an added advantage.
• Experience with titration and ISO documentation is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory analyses in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare chemicals, reagents, and solutions for analytical work.
• Conduct method validation and verification activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and investigation of laboratory issues.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory, including chemicals and consumables.
• Liaise with suppliers for purchasing, equipment servicing, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Based at Kuantan, Pahang.
• Possess own transportation.
• Preferably 1–2 years of laboratory working experience.
• Membership with Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM) is an added advantage.
• Participation in laboratory-related workshops, training, or certifications is an added advantage.
• Experience in Titration & Familiar with ISO Documentation.
