Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a Manufacturing/ Chemical Lab Supervisor to oversee the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, enforce safety protocols for hazardous chemicals, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combination of 5–8 years of related industrial experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook; general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, QA) and the US Solution Manufacturing team to support improvements in wet solution preparation and quality checks.
• Manage a team of Manufacturing Associates within a shift and oversee inventory and supply to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
• Work day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the operations; be prepared to work any shift, including weekends.
