Qualifications
- Able to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components in industrial automation.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, especially Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics.
- Experience with machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in automation system design, installation, commissioning, and start-up.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance for automated systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to productivity.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reliability and process capability.
- Execute testing, verification, and validation for new equipment and technologies.
- Develop and maintain equipment and validation documentation to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
